STAY CURRENT AND PROFICIENT

Earn your flight review, instrument proficiency check, or additional or recurrent training

All pilots need recurrent training, and there is always more to learn and more to practice. Whether you’re looking to receive your required flight review, recurrent instrument training, or instrument proficiency check, or simply looking to lower your personal minimums or expand your comfort zone, our instructors are here to help. You may rent one of Cascade’s airplanes, or even bring your own.

While flight reviews must include at least one hour of ground instruction and one hour of flight instruction, each flight review is personally tailored to you and what you would like to focus on.

Some examples of recurrent or additional training pilots may receive include mountain flying, real-world short field takeoffs and landings, real-world grass and dirt landings, towered airports, Seattle airspace familiarization, and spins.
